Privacy Principles

Your privacy is very important to us. At Dumpster Wagon we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.

Website Visitors

Like most website owners, Dumpster Wagon collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Dumpster Wagon’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our website visitors use our site. From time to time, Dumpster Wagon may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Dumpster Wagon also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our blog. Comments

Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”)

Dumpster Wagon respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, Dumpster Wagon will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to Dumpster Wagon‘s Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, Dumpster Wagon will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by Dumpster Wagon or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please provide the following information to the designated Copyright Agent listed below:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  2. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
  3. An address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you and, if different, an email address where the alleged infringing party, if not Dumpster Wagon, can contact you;

Dumpster Wagon may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event Dumpster Wagon removes the allegedly infringing materials, Dumpster Wagon will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that Dumpster Wagon removed or disabled access to the materials. Dumpster Wagon may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
